F2 Classic Interseries :

The Free Practice session (09.45 - 10.10) is included in the entry fee.

It is possible to order an additional session at 11.10 - 11.35.

Length : 25' minutes

Cost : 180 euros incl. VAT

F3 Classic Interseries :

Pack of 2 Free Practice sessions : 09.45 - 10.10 / 11.10 - 11.35

Length : 25' minutes (x2)

Cost : 300 euros incl. VAT

IMPORTANT: For safety reasons, private practice sessions will no longer be timed.

However, the transponders must be installed and switched on during the practice sessions: the timekeepers will carry out checks to ensure that everything is working properly.

In case of postponement or cancellation of an event :

The cost of booking the trials will be deferred in the form of a credit note for the next meeting in which the competitor participates. The customer must send an email to contact@hvmracing.fr to claim the credit and specify which other event he/she wishes to use it on.

In case of impossibility to participate in another event of the season, a refund will be possible only on request by email to contact@hvmracing.fr
