Please, specify the race number, grid and name of drivers of each car in the stand.

Keys will be given at the welcome office of the circuit (before the paddock entrance), on Thursday from 2pm to 7.00pm, Friday from 8.00am to 6pm. 

A deposit in cash is required.

IMPORTANT

This reservation is firm and definitive from the moment it is cashed. Please note that no refunds will be made, even in the event of non-participation. The participant must comply with the internal regulations of the circuit and respect the instructions. The hirer acknowledges that he/she is responsible for any damage he/she may cause, including to himself/herself. Damage to the infrastructure will also be charged to the hirer.

In case of postponement or cancellation of an event:

The cost of booking the boxes will be deferred in the form of a credit note for the next meeting in which the competitor participates. The client must send an email to contact@hvmracing.fr to claim the credit and specify on which other event he wishes to use it.
In case of impossibility to participate in another event of the season, a refund will be possible only on request by email to contact@hvmracing.fr
