Youngtimers GTI Cup

THE SPIRIT OF THE YOUNGTIMERS GTI CUP

The "GTI Cup" is for owners of small sports cars with a cubic capacity of less than 2 liters, approved before the end of 1990. These cars can be lined up, at their choice, in group N or A configuration (on file), each of these categories being the object of a distinct classification at the end of the season.

If the list of eligible cars exceeds a hundred models, some "icons" of the time are already in the front line, the R5 GT Turbo, Peugeot 205 GTI, VW Golf GTI, Honda Civic and other Peugeot 309 GTI or Opel Kadett GSi.

The Youngtimers GTI Cup has been integrated into the French Historic Championship of Circuits in the "GT/Tourism Post 90" category.

New: The Youngtimers trophy will share its grid with the 2L Super Sedan category.
