THE SPIRIT OF PROTO HISTORIC & CLASSIC
In 2024, we wanted to create a new trophy dedicated to Protos, divided into two main categories: Proto Historic and Proto Classic. We would like to propose a new division of these vehicles, with the Proto Historic grouped with the Racing Over 2Ls and the Proto Classic with the GT Classic. The aim this year was to restore competitiveness on the track by grouping cars according to their period of construction and their performance, as in international competitions.
ELIGIBLE CARS
The Proto Historic & Classic Trophy is open to Prototypes homologated up to 2000, according to the breakdowns below:
Proto Classic :
- Prototypes homologated under 3L between 01/01/1982 and 31/12/2000

decision of the operator. They will automatically be classified as "Guest" and will not score any points in the
score points in the French Championship. These cars will score points in the Proto Historic & Classic Trophy only in their "Guest" class.
RACE FORMAT
The standard race format comprises 3 rounds:
1 qualifying practice session of 20 min.
2 races of 25 min.
Two drivers may share a car.
CLASSIFICATION & CHAMPIONSHIP
The Trophy comprises 5 classes:

These grids will count towards the French FFSA Historic Single-Seater/Proto Championship.

In the event of the same car being driven by several drivers, one in one race, the other in a separate race, each driver will score only the points acquired by his personal result.
The cars in this Trophy will also be able to take part in the 200 Km race organised on most Historic Tour.
