LAWS AND JURISDICTION OF COURTS

If an amicable solution cannot be found within a reasonable period of time, any disputes that may arise in the use of the hvmracing.fr site, or in the interpretation and application of the general conditions of use, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
With the exception of cases where an agreement expressly derogates from this, disputes between persons who are merchants shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of HVMRACING, and disputes for which one or more persons are not merchants shall be governed by the rules of jurisdiction of the French Code of Civil Procedure.
