Film of the weekend: “Indian winter at Charade
Absent from the Historic Tour calendar last year, the Charade circuit was the scene of many on-track battles this weekend! The 338 drivers involved adapted to the changing weather conditions to battle it out on this demanding 3.975 km track.
In five weeks' time, the third round of the French Historic Circuit Championship will take place at Magny-Cours on July 5, 6 & 7.

UPDATE ON THE FRENCH CHAMPIONSHIP
After two rain-drenched heats, the most consistent and cleanest drivers emerged from the pack. In the Single-Seater/Proto category, François Belle (F. Ford Historique / 155 pts) was alone at the top of the standings, 14 points ahead of Switzerland's Gislain Genecand (F.Ford Historique 141pts), himself just one point ahead of Jean-Charles Monnet and his 140 points in Formule Renault Classic. In the pre-90s French GT/Tourism championship, 2023 French champion Emmanuel Brigand (Racing Over 2L) is alone in the lead with 146 points, ahead of Nicolas Beloou (Trophée Lotus / 140pts) and Antoine Benne (Maxi 2L / 130 pts). In the French GT/Tourisme post 90 championship, Mathieu Rigoulet takes first place in the Roadster Pro Cup with 121 points, ahead of Augustin Moreau (111 pts) and Lois Morel (110pts) both in the Youngtimer Gti Cup. Finally, in the French Historic Endurance Championship, the duo of Jean-Pierre Richelmi and Philippe Gache dominate with 52 points, ahead of Jean-François Besson and Guillaume Gagnard (40pts) and Christian Danne and Julien Grenet (38pts).
