Trophy Registration 2025 - Formula GP

Single seaters cars built before 31/12/2000 over 2,4L cc and complying with the original specifications and using components of a type used during that period but excluding ground effect cars in all classes. Continuation cars or modern replicas are not permitted and are not eligible.

These cars must comply in all respects with their HTP or their information form and with FIA appendix K 2025. HTP no compulsory.

·         Category 2 - Formula 3000

·         Category 3 - Invitation

All cars will be invited at the sole discretion of the Trophy organiser, who will not be required to justify any refusal. The Trophy organisers may refuse approval in order to preserve the spirit of the Trophy without having to justify their decision.

To be eligible to race all cars must have proven continuous history in and since the period, and must be in a specification that represents the standard specification for that model, or be in an alternative specification which can be proved by contemporary evidence e.g. documents and / or photographs, as being the period specification for that chassis.

The original of the valid FIA Historic Technical Passport (HTP) can be presented by the Competitor at scrutineering at each round of the Series. All Competitors must submit a full colour copy, in paper or digital format, of their information form (appendix 1) to HVM Racing before their first competition in any new season. It is the responsibility of Competitors to ensure that the documents held by HVM Racing is valid and complete.

Drivers could have a National or International valid race licence. In case of National race licences, drivers have to hold an authorization to participate to the race from their local ASN, except for MSA Licence “Race National A”.

Transponders :

Competitors must be equipped with Chronelec / Tag Heuer by Chronelec Elite transponders or ITS Chrono transponders, type Cobra 360, available at this link: https://www.itschrono.com/fr/16-transpondeurs

Renting is possible with the timekeeper’s office: 60€ for the event.

REPAYMENT CONDITIONS

If the request is received between 10 days and more before the competition, no deduction will be applied and the change of event will be free of charge.

If the request is received in the last 10 days* before the event, the registration will be postponed according to the conditions below:

If registration and payment at the reduced rate, 100 € will be withheld

If registration and payment at the normal rate, 30% deduction

*The date of calculation is the opening date of the reception of the competitors and therefore the Thursday before the qualifying practice.

No reimbursement can be made in case of absence, withdrawal or withdrawal once the administrative checks have been carried out.
